Email CeCe

As of July 1st, it’s possible to send an email to people being held in Minnesota prisons. That means you can email CeCe! It costs $0.30 per message (cheaper than a stamp!) and it’s delivered to her through the internal mail system (that means it gets delivered like regular mail, and she can respond with regular mail–she doesn’t have internet, email, or computer access).

To get started:

• Sign-up for a new account
• Fund the account with as little as $10 using a MasterCard/Visa
• Add CeCe’s OID number (238072)
• Create and send a message
